Russian President Vladimir Putin has greeted and congratulated Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on her victory in the eleventh parliamentary elections. Prime Minister's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim told reporters on Wednesday.
He said, "In a message to the President of Russia, congratulating Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Bangladesh Awami League and the people of Bangladesh for achieving absolute victory in Sunday's national election.
The Prime Minister's Press Secretary also said that Putin also desired the success of the Prime Minister and continued success, peace, progress and prosperity of Bangladesh.
